We’ve gone from just selling copier equipment, to assisting you with the process: helping you analyze your current and future needs, and provide solutions that work best for your business. Our products range from small multifunction copiers/printers/fax /scanners, to large production systems. We also have great color products that offer low supply costs. In addition, we offer services and products ranging from printer management, to web-based software, which can help manage your documents.
All our products include the Xerox Total Satisfaction Guarantee, which states: “If you are not totally satisfied with any Xerox equipment ordered under this agreement, Xerox will, at your request, replace it without charge with an identical model or, at the option of Xerox, with a machine of comparable features and capabilities.” This guarantee applies for three years on cash purchases, or for leases-the full term, as long as the equipment has been maintained by the Xerox warranty or service agreement.
